Our Beliefs:
- God - God is bigger and better that I am or can ever even imagine.
- Jesus - Jesus is God showing Himself to us.
- Holy Spirit - God living in His children in the here and now.
- Doctrine - Doctrine is God, through His Word, letting us know how to live better together.
- Creation - Nothing just happened. God created it all.
- Life - Life is a blessing and is meant to be lived abundantly and not just endured.
- Salvation - In faith we believe... by grace we are saved... in baptism we are forever united with Jesus Christ.
- Sanctification - The way God helps His children grow into the nature and likeness of Jesus.
- Good and Evil - God allows evil to exist to provide a choice. God always brings about good to those who love Him and are called to know and do His will -- even when evil seems to prevail.
- The Afterlife - Death is not the end. It is the beginning of forever together. Heaven and hell are very real eternal destinations.
- The Church - The Church belongs to Jesus. It is not a building... it is the people of God.
- Prayer - Prayer can do anything God can do.
- Second Coming - Jesus is coming again to judge the world and to gather the faithful.
Our Mission:
- Evangelism: to lead others to a commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior of their souls and Lord of their lives.
And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” -- Matthew 28:18-20 - We also desire to edify and encourage the saved through a strong education in the Scriptures, intimate fellowship with other disciples, and the use of our God given gifts and talents for the building up of others.
Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing. -- 1 Thessalonians 5:11 - To bring Godly ministry to those who are in need.
“Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. -- Matthew 5:16 - We want to serve as the conscience of the community bringing Biblical truth in secular society.
